Terms & Conditions

"All in the Family Karaoke and DJ

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the

services provided by All in the Family Karaoke and

DJ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, contracting, or

engaging with us, you agree to the following conditions.


1. Services Offered


We deliver professional karaoke and DJ services

for private parties, corporate events, public

functions, weddings, and community celebrations.

Services may include emceeing, lighting, custom

playlists, karaoke hosting, and audio/visual support.


2. Booking & Payment


Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit (25–50%)

is required to secure a data. Final Payment: Due no

later than 48 hours before the event unless

otherwise agreed. Payment Methods: We accept

credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.

Overtime Charges:

Any hours added beyond the agreed timeframe will

be billed at our hourly overtime rate.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling


Client Cancellations:

More than 14 days’ notice:

No additional fee; deposit retained.

Less than 14 days:

50% of the total service fee is due.

Less than 48 hours:

Full fee is due.

Rescheduling:

One complimentary reschedule is allowed

with 7+ days' notice, based on availability.

Our Cancellations:

In the unlikely event we cancel, a full

refund including deposit will be issued and

we will assist with alternate referrals.


4. Venue & Client Responsibilities


Provide a safe, accessible location with working

power outlets and reasonable coverage (if outdoors).

Ensure guests behave respectfully and do

not interfere with staff or equipment.

Communicate any special requirements or

accessibility accommodations ahead of the event.



5. Equipment, Safety & Damages


We provide professional-grade sound and karaoke gear.

We are not liable for equipment issues resulting

from venue power failure or tampering. Clients

may be charged for repair/replacement of

equipment damaged due to negligence or misconduct.


6. Behavior & Content Policy


We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for discriminatory,

abusive, or harassing behavior. We reserve the right

to end services without refund if staff safety is

compromised. We reserve discretion over refusal

to play inappropriate or offensive material.


7. Media Use & Consent


With your consent, we may capture photos or

short video clips for promotional use

(social media, website, etc.). You may opt

out in writing before your event.

All recordings produced by us remain our

intellectual property unless otherwise arranged.



8. Force Majeure


We are not responsible for delays or

non-performance caused by circumstances beyond

our control, including but not limited to

weather, public emergencies, illness, or natural disasters.


9. Privacy & Data Protection


Client data is collected, stored, and processed

in accordance with our official Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or misuse your personal information.



10. Limitation of Liability


Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed

the amount paid for our services. We are not

liable for indirect or consequential

damages under any circumstances.



11. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed

in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Georgia.
